Construction
Noisecare Private panels are made of steel and rockwool. They are 50 millimeters thick and have a cover width of 300 millimeters. The base plates protect against the ground and maintain the overlying Noisecare Private Module.
Module Customization
It is, of course, possible to shorten your module, which can be done by purchasing Noisecare Private Customization Profiles.
The module frame is cut with an angle grinder, after which the wool can be trimmed with a large, suitable knife. The profile is then attached and secured with the 4 screws provided—quick, easy, and simple.
Noisecare Private Base Plates
Noisecare Private base plates are made of powder-coated steel. The function of the base plate is to shield against the ground and to support the overlying Noisecare Private Modules.
The base plate is mounted with self-tapping screws (4 per base plate) – screws are purchased separately.

Danish-Made Aluminium Posts and Inserts
Groundbreaking new aluminum posts, designed and produced in Denmark, combining innovation and a focus on CO2 reduction—Danish excellence at its finest!
The aluminum posts are designed with built-in chambers to reinforce the post, making it versatile for use as End, Intermediate, Corner, or T-Posts.
The posts come standard as “Intermediate Posts,” also known as H-Posts. They can, however, be easily modified with the purchase of Jima Aluminum Inserts. The inserts slide in easily when only a C-post or a post without a groove is needed. However, H-posts are the most commonly used and are thus standard. Typically, only two inserts are used per fence section. For each corner you wish to create, we recommend purchasing one aluminum insert to block one side of the groove.
The post dimensions are 75 x 75 x 2700 x 2 mm and include a black flat post cover made of durable hard plastic.
No Pants, but still with a “Zipper”
Although the aluminum posts do not have “pants,” they come with a “zipper.”
The zipper is located on one side and can be pulled off to change the post type, for example, to a corner post. Once removed, the insert cannot be reattached in the same position. However, if desired or in case of an error, the aluminum inserts can be placed in the same groove as the zipper.
