The following terms of sale and delivery apply to all shipments from Noisecare A/S. The conditions apply in the event that no other written agreements have been entered into between you as a buyer and Noisecare A/S.

1. Trading requirements

Trading requirements:
Noisecare A/S only trades for companies and not for private individuals.

2. Ordering

Ordering of goods takes place online. Once you have found the item you want to buy, you choose a possible variant in relation to size or color. Then tap “Add to Basket” and the item will be in the shopping cart. Now tap “See Basket.” Corrections can be made to the order until the order is shipped. If you have regretted an item, simply press the cross to the left of the product in the box.
If you have finished shopping and now want to order, press “Go to the Box page”.
All prices are ex. VAT.

3. Payment

In our e-shop you can pay with the following means of payment:

Payment terms are 8 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The invoice is sent by mail 50% in advance and the order is only processed when payment has been registered for the order in question. An invoice is sent by mail for the remaining 50% when the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

4. Delivery

Noisecare A/S arranges delivery with Brink Transport, DSV Road, CM Transport and TNT.

Delivery is made with a large export truck, if this cannot be done, there will be an expense that Noisecare will invoice the customer.

If you wish for delivery, this must be written in the customer comment. We would like to point out that we try to accommodate this as far as possible, however this is subject to our external carrier’s planning. We would also like to point out that this is simply a wish, and not an agreement concluded between Noisecare and the customer.

Noisecare delivers to all of Europe.

5. Return

A right of return is granted for orders ordered from Noisecare, with 40% of the product price, but the product must be undamaged. The item will be checked upon return.

6. Offers

Once you have received an offer from Noisecare, this is valid for 14 days, and we reserve the right to out-of-stock items and price changes.

7. Collection at Noisecare

You can choose to pick up your order at our warehouse in Fredericia. When your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive an email confirming that your delivery is now ready for pickup. We recommend that you wait for that email.

8. Right of complaint

According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, all goods are warrantyed for 24 months, but Noisecare A/S provides a 20-year warranty on our products. The right of complaint means that you as a consumer can complain about defects in the item that have arisen 20 years after the item has been received. However, it is a prerequisite that these deficiencies have not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behavior that has led to the defect. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or refused the price, depending on the specific situation. This, of course, requires the appeal to be justified.

You must advertise within a reasonable time after you have identified the defect. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint is always considered to be timely.

Freight damage must be reported immediately upon receipt.

We will refund your reasonable shipping costs that you may have in connection with the return of the goods when the complaint is justified. The goods must always be returned in safe packaging. Remember to also get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

When you want to complain about an item, a picture must be submitted as documentation, after which we process the complaint. The picture(s) will be sent to e-mail address: info@noisecare.eu
When you return the item, please provide the following comments on the package: order number and invoice number

We only receive packages that are sent directly to the address.

When you return the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.

9. Packet error

Should you have received a package error, we are sorry, of course, and ask you to contact customer service by sending an email to info@noisecare.eu

When contacting you, please attach a picture of the shipment received, order number and a description of what is missing from your order.
This must be notified within 7 days of receipt of your order.

10. Liability

It is always your responsibility that the specified order for Noisecare.eu is filled in correctly. Noisecare.eu cannot be held responsible for the correct placing of your order for Noisecare.eu. It is therefore the customer’s responsibility to check their order confirmations. No compensation is granted for financial losses incurred in connection with delayed delivery of goods. This applies regardless of whether the delay is due to the company, one of Noisecare.eu’s suppliers or Noisecare.eu. The above applies without prejudice to mandatory legal provisions. When picking up the item, it is the customer’s responsibility to check if the order has been completed before leaving. Noisecare.eu does not replace defects if it is not checked before leaving the land register where collection takes place.

11th Force Majure

Noisecare A/S is not bound by agreements entered into in cases of force majeure. Force majeure includes, for example: labour disputes; strikes; lockouts and other circumstances beyond the control of the parties; such as fire; war; mobilisation or unforeseen military calls of a similar nature; acts of sabotage; seizures; currency restrictions; riots and riots; lack of means of transport; general shortage of goods; pandemics; restrictions on propellants and defects in the supply of subcontractors; delays in such deliveries due to any of the circumstances referred to in this Section.


We need the following information when you shop with us:

Company name, contact person name, address, phone number CVR/VAT number and e-mail address.

We record and disclose the personal data necessary to deliver the goods to you.

The personal data is registered with Noisecare A/S and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

In addition, we collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

You have the right to know what information we process about you.
If you think the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, if your data is no longer needed for the purpose for which we needed it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is processed in violation of the law.
